You know, it sounds like the whole concept of the shelter system is broken, all over the world not just here in Bulgaria. It always warms our hearts to see such caring people rescuing dogs. To see people putting their ego and interest aside for the betterment of the life of a pupper who so deserves a better life. This woman could have so easily left the puppy with her grandparents, knowing that it would most likely be safe, but that was not enough for her. She would not be satisfied unless she knew she was leaving the puppy to someone who could provide it with the very best care possible.
